Malaysia Platform User Guide

Welcome to Hijau 44. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Hijau 44 ("Platform", "us", or "Hijau 44"). These Terms govern your entire access to and use of the website, services, games, and all features available at hijau44.click.

• You have never had an account terminated at Hijau 44 previously for reasons that violated these Terms.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at Hijau 44. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual – whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment methods – are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details required include:

Hijau 44 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000. Verification may require a valid copy of your identity card or passport.

Withdrawals at Hijau 44 can be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals must be made to an account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name only — withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM100,000 for standard members. Different limits may apply for VIP members.
• All rollover requirements for received bonuses must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawal processing time is within 1 to 24 working hours depending on the chosen method.
• Withdrawals via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically faster than bank transfers.

Hijau 44 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request suspected of being linked to fraud, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

All bonuses and promotions offered by Hijau 44 subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer on the Promotions page. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once by each member, except for promotions specifically designated for recurring claims such as weekly cashback.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• Terms rollover (wagering requirement) must be met in full before winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are stated separately for each promotion.
• Hijau 44 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit any associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies designed to artificially meet rollover requirements.
• If you make a withdrawal before the rollover requirements are met, all bonus balances and bonus-related winnings will be forfeited.

• System results are final in all cases unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

Sports Betting section Hijau 44 covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Champions League), badminton, e-sports, and Virtual Sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• All bets are final once confirmed in the system. Bets cannot be cancelled after a match has started, except in cases where Cash Out is activated before the closing date.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• For live (in-play) betting, Hijau 44 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time depending on match conditions.
• Accumulator winnings are calculated by multiplying the odds of all correct selections. If one selection is voided, the odds are recalculated excluding that selection.
• Any evidence of match-fixing involving bets will result in the cancellation of all related bets without compensation.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in an account closed at the member's own request (and not due to a breach) will be returned through the standard withdrawal process once any required verification has been completed.
